In recent years,the international crude oil prices continued to decline,the global oil and gas industry ushered in the winter,oil and gas pipeline construction enterprises as a part of the oil industry can not be spared,the market presents "project shortage" situation,the competition between enterprises The more intense.In this situation,the oil industry in each ring of various types of enterprises face the primary problem is how to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,to maximize profits.As we all know,scientific advanced performance evaluation system in the enterprise to achieve their own strategic objectives in the process plays a vital role.In China,state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises in the absolute position of the oil and gas pipeline construction market,but because of a long time before the planned economic system and other factors and constraints,these enterprises still use the traditional performance evaluation method of financial statements,and The non-financial indicators that have an important role are not given due attention,resulting in the performance evaluation work emphasis on the results,and the mere formality,can not fully reflect the business situation and corporate strategy guidance effect is not conducive to the enterprise's long-term development of.Therefore,the establishment of a set of oil and gas pipeline construction company and has a long-term strategic significance of the performance evaluation system is imminent.The core focus of this paper is how to balance the scorecard of this advanced management tools applied to specific enterprises to solve the problem.In this paper,the current situation of production and operation and performance evaluation is expounded,and the problems in performance evaluation are discussed.The necessity and feasibility of applying the Balanced Scorecard to the performance evaluation of G Company are analyzed.The On the basis of this analysis,through the collection of the actual situation of G company performance evaluation and related data,G company design based on the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system to the company's strategic objectives as a starting point,from the financial,Customer,internal process,learning and growth four levels of design index system,and the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the indicators,the indicators for analysis and processing.And ultimately achieve the basic goal of controlling and evaluating G's performance.This paper analyzes the performance evaluation of the Balanced Scorecard which can be more effective in the oil and gas pipeline construction company through the practical case analysis.Finally,the basic research results and shortcomings of this paper are summarized and forecasted.
