Research On PPP Financing Model In The Modification Of A City

Shantytowns is the product of the rapid development of China's economy,is a phenomenon caused by uneven development.Shantytowns have been the transformation of China's urbanization in the process of a difficult and key.Often,due to the availability of government funds and the complex issues involved in compensation for the interests of urban residents,shantytowns are easy to become incompetent in various cities.This paper first introduces the related concepts of PPP mode,analyzes the views of different organizations on PPP mode,and defines the PPP model in China,and classifies the PPP model.According to the characteristics and operation procedure of PPP financing mode,the application scope of PPP financing mode is analyzed.Secondly,this paper analyzes the economic development of A city and the related situation and possible problems of the transformation of Shashi shores in A city.Starting from the huge capital gap of A city,combined with the successful application of PPP financing mode in China,This paper analyzes the feasibility of introducing PPP model into the reconstruction project of shantytown in A city in detail.Based on the feasibility of introducing the PPP model in the Shantou District Reconstruction Project in A City,this paper proposes a set of special purpose companies(SPC)to be invested by participating enterprises.The government will issue loans to SPC through commercial banks.Commercial banks provide credit to SPC Convenience and credit agreements for PPP financing.This paper makes a financial evaluation on the relevant data after the introduction of PPP financing model in A city.Based on the analysis of project financial indicators and financial sensitivity,this paper analyzes the indicators of PPP financing model in the specific application of Shashi shantou project.Finally,through the application of PPP financing model in the reconstruction project of Shishu district in A city,the paper analyzes the possible problems in the reconstruction project of A city shantytowns in PPP city,and then this paper makes a better PPP model for A city The development of PPP funds funded by the government to set up PPP financing tools related to the policy recommendations,and PPP financing model in the city after the application of A prospect.
