Our country started shantytown renovation project in 2005.After years of practice,great achievements have been made in improving people's living standard and the image of the city.Shantytown renovation involves a lot of work,in which compensation of resettlement is one of the most complicated.The whole process is connected with the various interests of different parts,and it has great influence on whether urban construction can proceed smoothly and the vital interests can be satisfied.At present,we have entered a critical period of raising the quality and efficiency of new-type urbanization.Solving problems of compensation of resettlement properly can be helpful.NJ City is a well-known old industrial city of Sichuan Province.There exists many enterprises of textile,machine manufacture and pharmacy.The existence of shantytown has seriously restricted city development and people's living standard.In the recent years,NJ City has explored a new compensation of resettlement model and gained some effects.On the basis of relevant theoretical research,this paper learns advanced experience of other cities and comparatively analyses three main compensation of resettlement model.This paper mainly gives a detailed introduction of NJ's compensation of resettlement model.On the basis of working effects and satisfaction survey,the paper finds out some problems and puts forward some proposals.
