Over the past few years,with the development of virtual business and the popularity of online social platform,people's daily shopping,entertainment,and even social activities tend to electronic,virtualization,so that the physical retail industry into a bottleneck of development.Therefore,some shopping centers to experience the economy as an opportunity,with the network virtual world can not pass the sensory experience and interactive way to attract consumers to return to the physical business again.In this process,the consumer in the experiential shopping center in the consumption of the object is not just the product itself,as well as the participation of the experience of the process and conducive to offline communication space environment.In this case,the subjective experience environment,interactive business space and open public places such as participation and communication space has become the experience of today's shopping center design focus.Therefore,this paper,based on Jan Gail's theory of communication space,takes the communication space in experiential shopping center as the research object.First of all,the background of the development of experiential shopping centers and the promotion of high-quality communication space on the commercial activities of experiential shopping centers.Finally,through the analysis of the previous study,the design time of the experiential shopping center in the 15-06 plots of Wuzhong Road in Shanghai was designed,and the design strategy of "connecting slow,combining with the community and integrating into life" was made to make the experiential shopping center Of the communication space is better combined with commercial activities,as Wuzhong Road and other regional public activities of the public the preferred destination.
