In recent years,with the high-speed development of economy and people’s life quality put forward new requirements,which can be found around us is the suddenly emerged a large number of projects under construction and to build commercial shopping center,the speed is far more than the sum of previous years development.Especially in such first-tier cities like Shanghai,Beijing and Guangzhou,commercial shopping center market has presented the saturated situation,in 2016 China’s main commercial center stock has more than 430 million square meters of area,serious imbalance between supply and demand.For developers,in recent years the concentration of commercial shopping center’s supply for their building and constructing project development is undoubtedly a very serious problem.In this paper,the research object is the Shanghai Pudong CL commercial shopping center’s marketing strategy,the project the original belong to Cheung Kong governed by Mr Li Ka-shing Real Estate Co.,LTD.,announced on 26 th October last year,this project will be sold at RMB 20 billion to specially set up for the acquisition,the Singapore stock exchange main board listing real estate fund management company.At present,the Shanghai Pudong CL commercial shopping center of the two main buildings have been completed,but was in the building at the last hard work.As a new large commercial shopping center,Shanghai CL square with a total construction area of 360,000 square meters,including a top international shopping center,the building area of 140,000 square meters.Domestic stock of large commercial shopping center development area,especially the first-tier cities are faced with the risk of excessive development area is more significant than others.So for CL commercial shopping center in Shanghai market strategy research has a certain foresight guidance,to other parts of the commercial shopping center market strategy have the effect of risk prevention and control,and draw lessons from.
