Based on the characteristics of consumers in xi’an region, SAGA promote experiential marketing model in the management, the model has certain advantage in the process of implementing, but also expose some deficiencies, this article will study on optimizing the model.In this paper, using literature review, questionnaire survey, data statistics and experience, we analyzes the problems in SAGA shopping center experiential marketing model:SAGA shopping center in the implementation of experiential marketing model theme experience homogeneity and atmosphere deficiencies; Convenient experience is not perfect; The lack of communication of online and offline; Entertainment experience is not strong and fashion. personality experience is lack of experience.Aimed at the existing problems based on the theory of experiential marketing model, we give these advice.
