Research On Electric Business Platform Of Commercial Bank's Development

At present,as the internet technology become more and more mature,all kinds of industrial convergence based on internet technologies are rapidly developing under the support of national policy guidance.The combination of the internet and financial is one of the fastest growth portfolio.Internet financial is deepening and developing,which inevitably broken traditional business market of commercial banks.Internet financial sectors impact on the intermediary business of commercial bank most greatly.Therefore,banks make the strategy of electric business platform to promote the development of e-business bank.After introducing the basic theory of electric business strategy,this paper analyzes the the relationship between e-business and Banks with the method of static game,concluding theoretical reasons driving banks developing into e-business.Then,through introducing the situation and tendency of Internet financial segmentation model and analyzing the current situation of commercial banks,the paper concluding that real reason.In the following chapter,the paper analyzes the industry chain of banks' e-business on medium level with SWOT analysis method.Finally,the paper uncover the e-business industry chain,at the same time,analyzed the competition between Internet companies and banks.The ICBC is one of the largest commercial banks in China,whom E-electric business platform strategy have been developing since its founding.This article introduces the "Rong e Gou" platform of ICBC as an example of case.Suitability of products' requirements and platform's capabilities were analyzed with five-dimensional analysis method.In the five dimensions,account value and data technology are the weakest on the platform of ICBC,and the article gives the corresponding proposals.Ultimately,on the basis of looking forward to the future of e-business platform of banks,the paper gives strategy advice of the platform's developing.
