Research On Commercial Banks Developing Internet Finance Base On E-commerce Platform

In recent years, the Internet has been widely used in the world.Internet technology is also in the rapid development. In this context, the electronic commerce develop rapidly. The booming development of e-commerce has spawned more and more financial needs.Some enterprises found business opportunities that relying on e-commerce platform to carry out internet finance business.Ali finance as the representative of the internet finance business has also been rapid rise, and commercial banks in the financial sector has launched a fierce competition, commercial banks has brought challenges by internet finance. However, the internet finance forced commercial banks continue to conduct business innovation, commercial banks are challenged to start the development of internet finance business.The development of internet finance of Construction Bank based on “ShanRong Commerce”platform is the leader in domestic commercial banks. On the basis of the related theory, this paper introduces the development of internet finance of Construction Bank, and studies the typical case“ShanRong Commerce” platform. Construction Bank “ShanRong Commerce” platform business has a great significance, which helps to deepen financial reform, improve the Construction Bank profit, ease financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises, reduce transaction costs. This paper argues that “ShanRong Commerce” makes some achievements, but there are quite a few problems suck as a poor user experience, the positioning is not clear, the lack of financial innovation, there are potential risks and other issues.This paper proposed the reasons for these problems and solutions. Construction Bank "ShanRong Commerce" has an important reference value in the development of internet finance for other commercial banks. Finally, this paper gives the suggestions of commercial banks developping internet finance base on electronic commerce platform.
