The Foreign Direct Investment Technology Of Chinese Dairy Enterprises Of Seeking Effect Analysis

With the promotion of the Free Trade Agreement and the " two child" policy,chinese consumers demand for dairy products are growing.But the Chinese raw milk production model restricts the development of China's dairy industry which retail investor made the big part,this mode of operation is small,the level of technology is low and the most important thing is that did not have technology to produce high value-added products,that leading the support can not meet the demand.So,base on the strategy of "the Belt and Road" and the background of the relax of China's foreign direct investment,it may be possible to reasearch the foreign direct investment effect of chinese dairy enterprise.It is mean for chinese enterprise to learn about the management experience and advanced technology of foreign enterprises,try to improve the quality of products and reduce the production cost and improve the competitiveness for all enterprises.This essay has six chapter.Based on the theory of technology seeking type OFDl theory and technology spillover effect,at first,this paper analyzes the current situationmof direct investment and the reason and realization condition of technology seeking.And then,the author reference previous studies to establish a new foreign direct investment technology to seek the effect evaluation system and combain the large domestic dairy enterprises overseas expansion business,such as GuangMing Dairy or YiLi Group to judge the gap between the theory and the real situation,according the successful experience of manufacturing enterprises to summary experience.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and prospects of the technology seeking type foreign direct investment with Chinese dairy enterprise.
