Research On The Quality Control Method During The Assembly Process In The Assembly Workshop Based On FMEA And FTA

With the fast development of science and technology,the sophistication of the automotive manufacturing process becomes higher and higher,the mechanical products and parts are diversified,the structures are complicated,there are many types for the specific assembly methods and many points for the implementation of quality control,the process of automotive assembly also has the stronger complexity,comprehensiveness and uncertainty.To ensure the overall assembly quality of the automotive,the control for the abnormality in the process of assembly becomes especially important.Conduct the reasonable estimation and judgment for the quality loss in the process of automotive assembly and find the root cause for the quality issue,it has a very important meaning of guiding for the potential quality loss and abnormality appears in the process of assembly control so that the purpose of reducing the production cost,improving the overall assembly quality and the economic benefit can be achieved.The vehicle assembly is one of the important links in the manufacturing of the automotive.Facing the increasingly fiercer competition,the effective quality management method and the suggestion of theory for the vehicle assembly become very essential.On the base of deep research on the theory of FTA and the FMEA,this article designs the application and implementation step of FMEA and FTA in the process of vehicle assembly and forms the comprehensive method that is applicable for the process of vehicle assembly and establishes the failure mode library of vehicle assembly.Select the oil leak of the engine as an example,verify the effect of implementation for the integration of FTA and FMEA and give out the well focused method of improvement.It can be verified that the comprehensive implementation with the analysis method of FMEA and FTA enables the significant improvement for the quality of the automotive assembly and the economics of vehicles production,it also provides the support and reference for the method of management for the quality of the automotive assembly at the other vehicle manufacturers.
