In the automotive industry,the update and change of the new models are happening continuously.Even in response to regulations and national requirements,the plant re-planning,production line re-combination are going to meet the trend of small changes every year and big changes every three years.Therefore,how we deal with these changes while guaranteeing the smoothness and stability of automobile manufacturing,is now a very important issue.As a whole new model of the early lifecycle,both its body assembly and polytechnic methods have great changes.But in order to maintain production capacity,production rhythm must maintain fast and stable.The problem also will be born,new products,new technology,once negligence happens in the car design stage and production management,the probability of automotive product defects will be very large.Followed by a decline in customer satisfaction and manufacturing rework rate increase.As a result,regardless of manufacturing costs or market position will have a negative impact.Therefore,how to improve the effective production of cars is very important.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,study the automobile manufacturing quality management,and focused on two management tools: QFD and FMEA.Secondly,start own comprehensive research.At first,introduce questionnaire survey,expert interview,card storm and KANO model to help analyze the demand of our clients.After QFD output quality function,introduce the double grid analysis method,and then establish an integrated quality management model based on customer driven,which combine QFD and FMEA as main part,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,card storm,KANO model and double grid as auxiliary part.Thirdly,start to formulate improvement measures according to car manufacturing problems.Due to the use of a new Polytechnic-process in the manufacture of Model-M,the updating of these processes has resulted in a very high defect rate.Therefore,through the Model-M automobile manufacturing,analyze deeply through the large number of defect data in the first manufacturing.Finally,apply the integrated quality management model in the second manufacturing,verify the effectiveness of the integrated approach to quality improvement and improve the quality management level of the enterprise.
