Research On Export Competitiveness Of Chinese Equipment Manufacturing Industry

In February 2015,the state council executive meeting put up a file about promoting the internationalization of China’s major equipment industry and prolific and preponderant industries,to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.On May 18,2015,the state council have issued "made in China 2025" and" promoting international capacity and equipment manufacturing cooperation guidance" and pointed out that building internationally competitive manufacturing is the necessary way to promote China’s comprehensive national strength,guarantee national security and build a worldwide power."Made in China 2025" is the Chinese version of "industry plan 4.0",also our first decade of action to carry out the strategy of manufacturing power.Our country should strive to it in ten years to realize the manufacturing power.In recent years,with China’s opening policies,the national policies supporting for industrial machinery industry,the improvements of the technology level of the equipment manufacturing industry,the strengthen of our capacity of independent innovation,a group of enterprises with capability to enter the international market and foreign development foundation emerge.Such as high-speed rail,nuclear power equipment manufacturing industries with outstanding technical advantage and price advantage,meet the demand of domestic market and rapidly expand the international market.But most of the equipment manufacturing industry in our country have problems such as falling profits,excess production capacity and unreasonable products’ structure.In implementing the strategy of internationalization to enter the international market,the equipment manufacturing industry enterprises frustrate because of the weak international competitiveness,the lack of guide policies and other factors.It is meaningful for equipment manufacturing enterprises in China to research how topromote export competitiveness,participate in the economic globalization,expand economic development space,fully exercise the power of our country in the world trade organization,make full use of domestic and international two markets and two kinds of resource and improve the ability of enterprise independent innovation.It is useful to adjust industrial structure optimization in the world industrial structure system,cultivate and improve the core competitiveness and international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises,give equipment manufacturing enterprises advices about analyzing the path of " going global strategy ",expanding foreign trade,implementing the strategy of internationalization development,and provide reference for the establishment of related public policies.This study chose some indexes and collected a large amount of data,such as the import and export trade information of the equipment manufacturing industry and spending on research and development.The pages analyzed the historical process of China’s equipment manufacturing industry,and export competitive advantage,the international competitive power,the complicated international situation,the background of domestic policy support,and changes of the status and international situation the equipment manufacturing industry in our country is facing with.By analyzing the reason of the formation of the present situation of export competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in our country it puts forward relevant Suggestions on strengthening Chinese equipment manufacturing industry export competitiveness advantage as follows:1.Promoting the layout of China’s equipment manufacturing industry products in overseas markets,not only can make our country’s import and export commodity structure more reasonable,but also help promote the domestic equipment manufacturing industry transform to high technology industry,which also is of great significance for the construction of China’s new competition at home and abroad.2.After joining the world trade organization,the process of China’s equipment manufacturing industry to enter the international market has been developing rapidly and the international market share increase,which will greatly enhance capacity for export trade in the international market and also gradually improve competitive advantage.In the recent market downturn home and abroad,the domestic actively promote reform of the "supply side",deepening the overseas market layout;In the international market,the enterprise grasps the timing for "all the way" policy,increasing the equipment manufacturing industry products export competitiveness,and made considerable progress.3.China’s equipment manufacturing industry meet some problems in export trade such as exporting low value-added products,excessive competition for homogeneous products,unreasonable regional layout,the overall low level technology,trade protection policy support and so on.4.It puts forward specific policy recommendations and measures policy
