| As the rapid development of global economy,the international trade has increasing frequently,then the export credit insurance have evolved,it is mainly in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of export enterprises,and do a really good job in financial services to foster the development of enterprises.Positive developments in the export credit insurance have been a concern of China’s insurance market,it is also a key insurance that PICC property and casualty company limited actively seek to manage.In the face of the new normal situation about the economical development,the international political situation is complicated and changeable,the economical situation is deteriorating.With the depreciation of RMB exchange rate,the growth pressure of our country’s import and export is rising,the international trade is declining.But in recent years the total of Jiangxi export enterprises has rapidly increasing,considering exporting firms’ existence and development,how to speed up the development of the export credit insurance,increase market share and competitiveness besides achieve sustainable development is an important task now.Based on the relevant literature researches on the allocation of resources,business competition strategy,claim risk management and so on,the paper analyzed development situations of export credit insurance business to figure out the crucial problems existing in the current development of export credit insurance business by making reference to the practical operations of PICC Jiangxi Branch(hereinafter referred to as a company).With the analysis it is clear to find out the restraints on the development of export credit insurance and put forward specific strategies combining the present situation to create a new situation in the development of export credit insurance.Firstly,this paper analyzed market environment about export credit insurance through a PEST analysis;Secondly,with SWOT analysis the paper pointed out the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of current export credit insurance business.On this basis,the paper determined the development target which is “market share leader opponents,comprehensive cost leading industry,service evaluation leading market”.Thirdly,the analysis designs the strategy of products engineering and marketing,the strategy of customer development and service,the strategy of institution optimization and talents,the strategy of collection recovery and insurance claims,and the strategy of company communication and brand.The analysis suggests from the advancement of underwriting business quality,strengthening customer relationship management,increasing the intensity of claims management and enhancing the level of risk management to implement strategies.Finally,this paper put forward the security measures from the proposal and human resource guarantee,financial management,culture guarantee and technical support in order to ensure the achievement of objectives and business development. |
