An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of Low-carbon Management In Forest Tourism Scenic Spots

According to The United Nations World Tourism Organisation,the emission of greenhouse gases accounted for 5 percent of the global carbon emissions,and it will increase by 10 percent by 2025.Comparing to its function of carbon fixation and oxygen release,forest tourism scenic area often leads to the phenomenon of plenty of carbon emissions and non-ecology in the process of exploitation and construction,which brings a huge threat to its sustainable development.How to realize forest tourism scenic area's sustainable operation in order to promote sustainable development has always been an important issue for the forest tourism.The paper firstly analyze the influencing factors of the low-carbon management of forest tourism area on the basis of reviewing the study on the low-carbon management and influencing factors of scenic area and related theory.After that the present paper uses the expert consultation method to filter twice from the preliminary selection of influencing factors in order to determine the index system of influencing factors of low carbon management in forest tourism scenic spots,based on which the questionnaire survey is designed.The first-hand data needed for this study were obtained from the field investigation of some forest tourism scenic spots in Fuzhou,Longyan and Nanping,Fujian Province,according to which the research hypothesis and conceptual model are proposed.At last,descriptive statistics,reliability and validity test,factor analysis and Structural Equation Model analysis were used to analyze and validate the conceptual model and theoretical assumptions.It is concluded that the low-carbon interest-driven has a significantly positive effect on the general emission reduction behavior,and has a markedly indirect influence on the active low carbon behavior;the self-supporting factors have a observantly positive impact on the general emission reduction behavior and the positive low carbon behavior;industry policies make a remarkably difference to positive low-carbon behavior;and so forth.According to the empirical results,this paper put forwards some advices from 5 aspects to promote scenic region's sustainable development,improve the mechanism of low-carbon interest-driven,promote the establishment of low-carbon system of small-scale forest tourism scenic spot,strengthen the industrial policy of forest tourism scenic spot,cultivate low-carbon management concept of forest tourism scenic spot,and build exterior environmental multi-dimensional support system of forest tourism scenic spots and other counter-measures.Putting forward a theoretical model designed to research the influencing factors of forest tourism scenic area from the managers'perspective is the paper's innovation.And the theoretical model also analyzes how three factors of low carbon profit-driven,their supporting factors and industry policy specification influence forest tourism scenic area's low carbon management.
