Study On The Evaluation And Exploition Of Low Carbon Tourism Resources In Forest Parks

With the rapid advancement of urbanization and industrialization,climate change has become one of the problems to be solved in all countries in the world today.As an important place for people's leisure travel,forest park is an important carrier of carbon sink reserve.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the tourism development of forest park with the goal of "low carbon" to solve the climate change and practice ecological civilization construction.In this paper,the author points out the necessity and feasibility of low carbon development in forest park by combing the current situation of tourism development and low-carbon tourism.On the basis of basic research,three levels of ecological environment conditions,resource values,and development and utilization conditions were selected to construct an evaluation index system for low-carbon tourism resources in forest parks.Comprehensive evaluation models were constructed using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy scoring methods.Then,based on the evaluation of low-carbon tourism resources,a “development-planning-management-feedback” circular development system for low-carbon tourism in forest parks was proposed.Refers to the feedback mechanism of development principles,planning and design,management,and responsibility models.This circular development system enables the sustainable development of low-carbon tourism development in forest parks.Jiu Lang Shan Provincial Forest Park was selected as the research object,and its low-carbon tourism resources were evaluated.The final fuzzy score was 3.7213,indicating that it has great development and development potential.Taking the development objective of “low-carbon tourism core + cultural living”,the spatial structure of the Jiu Lang Shan Provincial Forest Park is divided into “one heart and five zones”,and its product development is planned as five major tourism products,and its development period is divided into two periods innovatively.In the early stage of development,the development model of “government-led + franchising” was adopted.In the later period,the development model of “market-led + franchised operation” was adopted.In the end,the current issue of carbon sinks will be discussed in the carbon sinking afforestation model due to the prominent problem of fire reduction,and concrete operational suggestions are proposed.
