With changing climate and the developing of low carbon economy, the low carbon development of tourism is increasingly put on the schedule,"low carbon tourism "is put forward firstly in the high-profile Copenhagen UN climate conference. To enhance tourists’consciousness of low carbon is the foundation on the development of low carbon Tourism; the creation of low carbon scenic spots is core carrier of developing the low carbon tourism, which is based on tourists’ low carbon tourism satisfaction measurement and the current situation of development.also, tourists are the real implementation of low carbon tourism, Therefore, understanding the tourists’ perception and satisfaction of low carbon tourism which are the key to develop low carbon and create low carbon scenics.but at present, there are domestic and foreign researches on low carbon tourism and low carbon scenics are based on the Suppliers, lacking of the demand that is the tourists, therefore, the paper designed a questionnaire on related investigations of the low carbon tourism so that making development counter measures.The paper based on National Social Sciences Foundation selects five scenic spots: Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area, Mount Huangshan scenic area, Tangwang River scenic area, Qiandao Lake scenic area, Confucius temple-Qinhuai River scenic area, puts low carbon tourism perception as the breakthrough point and the change of the tourists’ consumption patterns as new research angle, Tourists about the low carbon tourism perception and satisfaction are surveyed separately from the basic population characteristics, low carbon tourism basic perception, behavior perception during the low carbon tourism, which use questionnaire combined with interviews face-to-face to obtain data, normative research and empirical research by some theories about perception, behavior, satisfaction, low carbon and so on, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined, low carbon tourism perception and the satisfaction on scenic spots’building of domestic tourists are evaluated quantitatively by theory analysis, data analysis and other means, finally put forward the development of low carbon tourism strategies which are realistic, credible, targeted.This paper is mainly divided into two large pieces, one is tourists perceptual analysis of low carbon tourism, the other is a comparative study on tourists’ satisfaction of low carbon tourism in different types of scenic spots. It is respectively according to behavior factors of during tourists’low-carbon traveling, the tourists’ perception of low carbon tourism’s development, the low carbon tourism’s behavioral differences in different demographic characteristics on low carbon tourism tourists’ perception analysis, the comparative analysis of tourists’satisfaction in different types of scenic spots is analyzed from the satisfaction survey and the comparative analysis in different types of scenic spots. We finally get the following conclusions:(1) The behavior factors of during tourists’low-carbon traveling are analyzed, which is made up of the cognitive behavior in low carbon Tourism, the direct behavior in low carbon tourism, the compensation behavior in low carbon tourism, the recessive behavior in low carbon tourism. It is well on overall awareness of behavior intention of low carbon tourism to visitors on the whole, in which the accuracy in the cognitive behavior in low carbon Tourism is not high, the score of the direct behavior in low carbon tourism is the highest, also with stability and reliability, then is the recessive behavior in low carbon tourism, the compensation behavior in low carbon tourism that presents more differences.(2)Most of the tourists are still supporting low carbon tourism very much, there are significant difference on the behavior’s perception of low carbon tourism in different demographic characteristics of tourists including age, income, education level, occupation, place of residence except sex.(3)In the five scenic spots investigated, the overall satisfactions are better in the low carbon tourism development, the tourists’satisfaction level of low carbon tourism is maximum in Tangwang River scenic area, is minimum the Qinhuai River scenic area, then Qiandao Lake scenic area, Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area is general satisfaction level, followed by Mount Huangshan scenic area; Intraffic, the whole environment, reception facilities, and management,the tourists’satisfaction level of the whole environment is maximum, is minimum the reception facilities; low carbon level of city scenic is low, better resource but completely untapped tourist areas is high,also, there are obvious differences in different types of scenic spots in traffic, environment, management, reception facilities.Based on the research’s results above and comprehensive reference to the research results of other scholars of low carbon tourism, the paper propose the development strategies of low carbon tourism:construct the public system, comprehensively building a soft power of low carbon tourism, creating low carbon scenic spots with homogeneous force. We can achieve the whole society harmonious development of low carbon tourism only if increasing of publicity and education of low carbon tourism, with the technology of low carbon emission reduction as the support, with the construction and operation of low carbon scenic spots as the starting point.
