Organizational ambidexterity defended the long-term survival of enterprise in complex and dynamic competition environment,since the essential differences exist between exploration innovation and exploitation innovation,most enterprises lack the ability to effectively construct ambidexterity.As a consequence,how to balance the contradiction between exploration innovation and exploitation innovation in an organization that has become the hot subject for the business management theory and its practical research in the new Century.Based on the parallel structure perspectives,with the utility of social network theory,organizational ambidexterity theory and knowledge management theory,this paper analyzed how consistency between formal and informal network to balance the paradox between exploration innovation an exploitation innovation,and discussed the moderating role of different knowledge management process.In this paper,We use the method of social network QAP and hierarchical regression analysis to test the hypotheses,and collected data from many departments in new and high technology enterprises.The results showed that consistency between formal reciprocal/sequential workflow network and informal consulting network had an inverted U-shaped relationship with organizational ambidexterity;knowledge exchange and combination has a positively moderating effect on the relationship between formal reciprocal/sequential workflow network and informal consulting network consistency and organizational ambidexterity,and knowledge conflict has same moderating role.This results indicated the right extent overlap between formal reciprocal/sequential workflow network and informal consulting network can balance paradox of organizational ambidexterity effectively,efficient knowledge management process can enhance this effect.The conclusion through social network perspective that refines the path of achieving organizational ambidexterity from the bottom up by parallel structure,and based on knowledge management theory that defines the contingency condition of achieving organizational ambidexterity by parallel structre,it also has important reference to enterprise innovation and knowledge management practice.
