Knowledge exchange and combination is the ability for enterprise to create perso nal and organizational value.By adopting network consistency and integrating th e perspective of employee interactive behavior and organizational climate,the paper analyzed the antecedent and the mechanism of knowledge exchange and combinatio n by using the method of social network.The results showed that in the forrmal seque ntially-interdependent workflow network,there is a negative relationship between network consistency and knowledge exchange and combination,and a low network c onsistency environment can form the ability of knowledge exchange and combinatio n;in the formal reciprocally-interdependent workflow network,there an inverted U-s haped relationship between network consistency and knowledge exchange and com bination.There was an optimum border between network consistency and knowle dge exchange and combination,which will emerge the strongest knowledge excha nge and combination ability;Furthermore,organization communication played a medi ation role on between the network consistency and knowledge exchange and combin ation.The conclusion has a powerful complement to past studies of knowledge excha nge and combination,also may be a guide to improve knowledge exchange and co mbination by the consistency between the formal and informal network in the fut ure. |
