| With the rapid growth of China’s online game industry,a large number of companies enter into the industry by the way of buying online game companies.Under this background,how to assess the value of online game company has become a hot and difficult question.Firstly,I have introduced the situation of China’s online game industry.Secondly,Combined with the characteristics of online game company,I have analyed the external factors and internal factors driving on the value of online game company.Then I have discussed the specific application of the income method in the assessment of online game company,including the applicability of the income method,the selection of income method model,the way of calculating income,discount rate,and returns time.In order to calculate the the special risk of enterprises,I have introduced the quantitative model when I discussed the discount rate.and then I have Chosen a online game company-Shenzhen City Dao Xin Technology Co.,Ltd as the case.At the last,I have summarized the results of the research and put forward the problem and suggestions.I hope that the research of the paper can inspire the managers who are working in the online game company and promote the development of China’s online game industry. |
