With the rapidly growing and competitive pharmaceutical environment,the innovative and unique strategy and portfolio becomes the key to success for every pharmaceutical company,customer value team(CVT)is a proven model to synergize the cross-functional team collaboration to address the ever-changing market environment and effectively influence prescribing decision from multiple factors.As one of leading pharmaceutical company has implemented this new CVT business model,the main purpose of this thesis is to explore the most tailor-made ways for CVT's team building including key leaders and members' selection,resources allocation and operational deployment,KPI planning and performance evaluation,training and incentive mechanism to better fit into the company.Also,CVT members engagement survey has been scheduled to identify,understand and fix the employee engagement problems,the analysis of the feedback of the CVT members engagement survey intended to understand how content and satisfied the members of CVT staff feel about the new approach.And to further understand the mechanics of employee engagement can better assess the strategic alignment and the likelihood of business success.Few feasible proposals have been made to optimize the CVT team building and help CVT to better act as a tool to achieve the strategic and executional excellence in the long run.
