Inter-Department Project Management is one of method that the enterprises are dealing with the rapidly changing society.Inter-Department Project Management can make the previously must-be-in-order but out-of-touch duties to be operated at the same time.It can finish some works that other methods cannot achieve.Large Inter-Department Project Management is the extension of small-scale group cooperation.It is very different with the traditional management model in the ways of planning,organizing,implementing,controlling as well as performance managing.Having a perfect project management on this kind of projects is new tasks of the business administration.If it can be successful,it will not only bring benefits to the enterprises,but also reduce the operational costs massively.Therefore it has been attracting the attentions of the scholars and mangers gradually.This thesis is using the BDF Company's Aircraft Deicing Project as the case study.The thesis is based on the reality of the human resources situation of the company to explore the new methods on how to manage the new project of the company.It stresses on the solution of the problems occurring during the large scale inter-department project management.These problems include internal recruiting,team culture cultivating,team building,on-site management and so on.Owing to the fact that the writing process of this thesis will pace with the ongoing process of the project,all data analysis will be using the real data.Both qualitative and quantities analysis will be done based on the real development of the project.The analysis will be done in the areas of project planning,organizing,operating aswell as controlling.The thesis will use the modern human resource management theory,reward management and performance evaluation theory,multi-level management theory,combined with the individual practices,to explore how to manage the big scale human resource management and to have the gradual optimization.This project not only brings new concept of inter-department big scale human resource management,more importantly at the same time monitors the whole implementation process which in fact will have the effect of bringing the problems and solutions of the project at the same time.This is very valuable to the similar project management.
