Studies On Resource Management Of GL Construction Engineering Company Under The Condition Of Multi-project

In the case of China's economic growth slowdown,fixed asset investment will serve as the main driving force of national economic development in our country.Therefore,the construction industry will get rapid development in the future.When the construction industry gradually expand the scale,the construction enterprises will undertake a number of construction projects at the same time.However there is a conflict with limited enterprise resources.It is very important to study the resource management of construction enterprises under the condition of multi-project,which is of great significance to enhance the production capacity of construction enterprises and ensure the rapid development of construction industry and the sustainable development of national economy.Therefore,this paper takes the resource management of construction enterprises under the condition of multi-project as the research object,and systematically studies the resource allocation and resource management system of construction enterprises.This paper firstly analyzes the research results of multi-project management and resource balance at home and abroad,and determines the research content about resource management of construction enterprise under multi-project conditions.On this basis,this paper studies the relevant theories of multi-project management and multi-project resource management,summarizes the characteristics and method of multi-project management.Then it discusses analysis method of enterprise resource and the resource management content and resource allocation of multi-project.Based on the above research,this paper analyzes the resources of the construction enterprise by using the internal value chain analysis method,classifies the resources of the construction enterprise and clarifies the main object of the resource management of the construction enterprise under the multi-project condition.By means of the Boston matrix model,this paper puts forward classification method of construction projects to solve the problem of priority order of various types of projects in the allocation of resources.And then it proposes the allocation method of human resources and the allocation model of funds under multi-project condition.This paper takes GL construction enterprise as an example to verify the allocation method of human resources and the allocation model of funds under multi-project condition.This paper systematically studies the resource management of construction enterprises under the multi-project conditions from three aspects: organization management,process management and information management,and puts forward the resource management system of construction enterprises under multi-project conditions.This paper studies the resource allocation and resource management of construction enterprises under multi-project conditions,and provides the theoretical basis of resource management for construction enterprises under multi-project conditions that is the purpose of this study.
