In recent years,as economics' developing,Chinese electric power is step into a speed up growing period.There are more and more competitions in the market and so much changes happening in electric power system.Traditional electric power company's management system cannot raise our market share and enhance the customer satisfaction,also can not fit to future market's developing day by day.The large power customer enlargement project depicts large power consuming capacity,high load,and special load nature of electric consumed large industry customer submit application to satisfy to increase its power capacity.These large power customer make 80%profits for electric power company.Thus how to deal with large power customer applications of electric capacity have a vital role in power companies.In order to satisfy the requirements of large power customer enlargement project,and improve efficiency of electric power company,also to make sure the large power customer use electric "quality,convenience,fast",In this paper,use the theory of project management for large power customer enlargement project progress management and resource management.This paper first defined the large power customer and large power customer enlargement project,and draw the total flow chart and the sub-flow chart about large power customer enlargement project,then analyzed the present situation of the large power customer enlargement project,and find out the large power customer enlargement project has a lot of problem such as too much department,disordered responsibility,fussy steps.All this made the large power customer enlargement project wasting a lot time and resource.We trying to use the theory of project management to help the large power customer to plan and control the schedule and resource of enlargement project.It is include:using net project planning technology CPM and PERT to design of enlargement project's progress plan,using the theory of project management to control the progress plan,With the planning,implementation,inspection,comparative analysis, identify measures to adjust and then do plan again to control the progress of the enlargement project in the dynamics theory of the control.Using resources matrix table to plan how to use the resource,using TOC theory to find the resource bottleneck of the large power customer's enlargement project,using drawing four trees current reality tree, future reality tree,and transition tree to find out how to fix the resource bottleneck problem.The method solve the resource bottleneck problem is first,set up electric large power customer resource library,second,improve the progress management information system,third,set up a resource buffer in front of resource bottleneck, finally improve the enlargement project's flow.From making progress plan and resource plan,also after controlling in large power customer enlargement project,it eliminates the drawbacks of the original,it makes a substantial increase in the efficiency of electric power enterprises,while enhance large power customers' satisfaction,and expand the market share.
