Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Accounting Informatization In Scientific Institutions

Unit accounting information is in the information age,the unit financial management put forward a new requirement.In the information technology popular today,the importance of accounting information more and more prominent,conform to the trend of accounting information is to improve the competitiveness of the unit is an effective means.The development process of accounting information is largely influenced by the development of accounting,and it conforms to the requirements of accounting development and becomes an important goal of unit accounting information.Unit accounting information in the entire development process,to solve the accounting computerization of the existence of the "island" phenomenon has been the direction of efforts to make financial data more convenient for the transfer,sharing,but also to improve the unit accounting decision-making ability and managementlevel effective way.In recent years,China's scientific institutions,accounting reform is relatively large,the new accounting system,the guidelines issued in the background,many scientific business accounting work has changed.The corresponding accounting information process also need to be reformed,the old accounting information process has been unable to meet the new system under the background of accounting requirements,and the existing scientific institutions accounting information is also relatively limited,"island" phenomenon is serious.In the first part of this paper,we discuss the accounting research background,research significance and new system reform of scientific institutions at the present stage.After the specific part of the scientific business accounting information system in the new accounting system,there are gaps in the function,and other management system data can not docking and other issues to start a detailed analysis of the reasons for the formation of the problem and the solution,and the solution ideas into the case unit Practice.Mainly related to the issue of business accounting under the accrual basis,the end of the income and expenditure carry forward the information problem,the accounting subjects and budget items are not docked,the treasury payment system and accounting information system is not connected,and the accounting information system and payment system wrong problem.This article based on the scientific institutions at the present stage of accounting information,for the actual situation of the problem analysis,analysis of the problem after the proposed solution into the actual application scenarios to simulate,and ultimately determine the effectiveness of the solution.This paper hopes to solve some problems encountered in the process of accounting informationization of scientific institutions at present,and provide the practical basis for the further study of accounting informationization theory of scientific institutions.
