Research On Upgrading Of The Process Of Quality Control Over The Software Project In X Company

In software development process there is a problem that cannot be ignored — the development efficiency and cost.Along with the rapid development of the software market and the increasingly fierce competition,IT enterprises have been trying every new development mode to improve efficiency,satisfying the growing demand of domestic customers and responding instantly to their changing requirements.Currently,our attempts on new mode of development have just started.Therefore,improving the development efficiency of software in all respects through upgrading the management of development process remains an unsolved problem in enterprises' move towards efficiency improving.Based on relative theories and practices,this article will discuss how X company upgraded its management of software development in an effort to improve its development efficiency,thus making it possible to respond instantly to the changing requirements of its customers.We first made clear the existing theories and methods on software management and relative information about software project and model of the management maturity in developing software.On this basis,we carried out an overall analysis of X's software development process,and then drew an analytic conclusion that there was still space for X to advance its efficiency in software developing since it cannot make reaction in time to address the changing demand of its customs.Second,targeted advice was made to upgrade X's management of software development comprehensively,including improving organizational structure,upgrading source allocation,building product platform and strengthening supervision over management.Finally,we analyzed and assessed the outcome of the upgrading of X's management.The upgraded management proved to have improved the efficiency and reduced time required to meet customers' changing requirements.
