The Research On The Construction Of Yunnan International Science And Technology Innovation Center For South Asia Southeast Asia

This paper is based on the new orientation of Yunnan Province "Construction Radiation Center for South Asia and Southeast Asia" development strategy to focus on creating South Asia Southeast Asia Science and Technology Innovation Center which was put forward inYunnan Province" thirteen five plan".First of all, we reviewed the progress of relevant theoretical research to define the basic concept of regional science and technology innovation center, as the logical starting point of this paper.Secondly, the author collectsed information and data on scientific and technological innovation of South Asian Southeast Asian countries through the business representative office of Yunnan Provincial Commerce's Department in South Asia and Southeast Asia by the chance of the college graduate students go to South Asia Southeast Asian countries to do some research.Thirdly, we did the work about data collection and market research on the status of scientific and technological innovation in Yunnan Province, and then we constructed the suitability evaluation index system about the construction of South Asia Southeast Asia Science and Technology Innovation Center in Yunnan Province.At last we define the weight of the indicator, Selected the assessment method and built the model to evaluate Whether it is appropriate to build Science and Technology Innovation Center Yunnan Province.Fourthly ,We Conducted a research on the some Foreign typical regional regional science and technology innovation center.This paper selected the Silicon Valley of the United States, Bangalore of India, Tokyo of Japan as the research object. Then we sumed up some successful experiences and practices.At last we tryed to learn some useful mode from them that combined with the actual situation in YunnanFifthly, we make some policy suggestion about how to build regional science and technology innovation center based on the actual situation in Yunnan Province. In order to make our proposals more scientific,we also combined with some domestic and international experience in international scientific and technological innovation.Overall, The research of this paper has important theoretical value for we deepen and improve the regional science and technology innovation theory and enrich and develop innovative management theory.The research of this paper will help us Conducting visionary strategic arrangements in accordance with international standards under the guidance of scientific theory. So that we can seek new ideas and new ways of innovation development in Yunnan, to form a domestic and international influential international science and technology innovation center, to provide a strong impetus for the construction of radiation centers in South Asia and South East Asia.
