Apples in Yijun county are mainly 'Gala' and 'red Fuji',has the characteristics of large shape and bright color,crisp juicy,high sugar,no pollution,high yield,but the brand awareness is low,can not be sold well at home and abroad.Through the investigation and analysis of regional distribution,product structure,sales price,sales channels and other aspects of Apple in Yijun county,to provide a reference for the future production and government decision-making of apple industry in Yijun county.At the same time,combined with domestic and foreign cutting-edge technology,to provide suggestions for the feasibility of innovative development of fruit growers.The results of this survey are as follows:1,Apple Gala and red Fuji is the main varieties in Yijun county,accounting for 92% of the total planting area,the structure of the varieties is single.The proportion of early,medium and late maturing varieties is 3:12:85,which has formed a situation of premature shortage,medium maturity and late maturing surplus,which can lead to too centralized harvest time and bring enormous pressure to the sales market.By introducing new varieties and adjusting varieties structure,to make the structure of early,medium and late maturing varieties reach the ratio of 10:25:65.2,Through the comparison of profit,price,sales channels,packaging and other aspects to analyze the apple market in Yijun county.(1)Comparing the investment,yield,gross profit and net profit of apple planting in 2015 and 2016,in the case of the increase of input and output,the net profit decreased,and the phenomenon of high yield did not harvest.(2)Through the comparison analysis of apple orchard price,middleman price and supermarket retail price in 2015 and 2016.It is found that about 2/3 of the profits are obtained by middlemen and retailers,and the profit of the producer is only about 1/3.The profit of fruit grower is at the end of the market profit chain.Once the market supply and demand structure is out of balance,the benefit of fruit grower will be affected first.(3)Through the comparison of the profits and sales of different packaging apples,found that the quality of packaging accounted for only 4% of the total sales,profits are more than 2 times of the ordinary packaging,ordinary packaging accounted for 90%.(4)Yijun county apple has a single sales channel,mainly based on the purchase of customers,accounted for 90% in the whole sales,online sales accounted for only 2%.3,The consumer market of Apples in Yijun county is analyzed from the aspects of consumption propensity,consumption level,consumption structure and so on.In the apple consumption tendency,the first-class fruit and the first class fruit accounted for 37% and 60% respectively.In the middle,high and low consumption comparison,the proportion of middle,low and high-grade accounted for 62.5%,25% and 12.5% respectively.Originally,the seasonal consumption based consumption habits gradually to perennial development,people's demand for apples is gradually from a single to diversified development.
