Study On Administrative Supervision Mechanism Of Urbanization

Since the reform and opening up,China actively promote the urbanization construction,1978 to 2015,urban population from 1.7 billion increased to 7.7 billion,urbanization rate increased from 17.9%to 56.1%,to absorb a large amount of agricultural labor transfer employment,and promote the all-round improvement of the living standards of urban and rural residents,attracted worldwide attention.But in the process of urbanization,due to the absence of administrative supervision,there have been some outstanding contradictions and problems,hindering the healthy development of urbanization.Therefore,the research in the process of urbanization,how to strengthen the administrative supervision has a very important practical significance.The paper to administrative supervision of the Ziliujing District urbanization as the research object,first of all from China's administrative supervision background and domestic and foreign research situation of hands,construct the theoretical research foundation.Secondly on urbanization construction in government performance of duties are reviewed in this paper.Through visits to research and questionnaire survey to obtain social evaluation,summed up the urbanization construction of administrative supervision in the existing problems and analyzes the reasons.Finally,in order to better promote the urbanization construction,and puts forward the suggestions and Countermeasures of improving administrative supervision mechanism:one is to establish and perfect the system of laws and regulations,promote the construction of administrative supervision standardization;second is the establishment of independent administrative supervision system,improve the independence of the administrative supervision mechanism;the third is perfecting the supervision by the party and government,do a good job in the joint supervision work;the fourth is to improve law enforcement responsibility system,increase the supervision and assessment methods;the fifth is to strengthen the training of cadres,perfect administrative supervision team;the sixth is to increase the openness and transparency of the government behavior,improve the social supervision mechanism.
