The largest corporate wealth is the enterprise workers with the knowledge,skills,quality,innovation and enthusiasm,which is an important source of competitive advantage.How to attract,develop,motivate and retain staff has become an important issue of enterprises.Reasonable and practical salary management system is one of the most basic incentives,but also the core content of enterprise human resource management.Design and research of salary management system has important theoretical and practical significance to the enterprise development strategy,to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,to promote enterprise reform,to promote the development of enterprises,to adapt to the market after the opening of the talent competition and so on.PLZZ breeding company is a large aquaculture company mainly with turbot and sea cucumbers.In the competition in the industry,the enterprise in the human resources management in some of the deep-seated problems gradually revealed.The brain drain problem is particularly prominent.This paper analyzes the current situation of PLZZ breeding company salary management.On the basis of full investigation,the problems and causes of the company's salary management are analyzed.In the design of the improved program,the position classification method and factor analysis method are used to analyze the position of the company,get the job description and job characteristics,and then through the preparation and adjustment,form the job description;Using the factor point method of job evaluation for each job.Use the method of system analysis and investigation statistics to choose evaluation factors and to grade sub factors.Use analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of factors.Obtain points into currency number is the amount of wages.In this paper,we combine applied research and normative research,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,theoretical research and field research to study salary management.The current salary management research for the traditional aquaculture industry is very little.This study enriches the research in this area,improvements in the industry and other businesses pay management system to provide a reference.
