With the market competition intensifies of global tobacco, the companies fortobacco production sustainable and stable development put forward higher requirements.National Tobacco Board express Tobacco production as the guiding principles andpolicies of "market guidance, plans to plant", it is means that mainly Tobaccocompanies and farmers in tobacco production area should sign a purchase contract,according to tobacco production planning in the year. Tobacco production logistics,especially the reasonable layout of logistics network nodes in tobacco production area,as the starting point for Logistics Supply Chain, it plays a vital role for the sustained andstable development of tobacco production and the income protection plan purchaseamount. But the current logistics network nodes layout of tobacco production arearesearch little. So it has important theoretical and practical significance to research thelayout of logistics network nodes in the tobacco production logistics.Firstly, according to the basic requirements of the National Bureau for tobaccoproducing areas’ layout planning, this thesis uses the theory and methods of logisticsnetwork nodes layout optimization, combined with characteristics and status of thelayout of the logistics network in tobacco producing areas, analyzed the impact factorsof logistics network nodes layout tobacco production.Secondly, this thesis establishes the layout optimization model of tobaccoproduction logistics network nodes, from estimating the scale of logistics network nodes,the network location, determining the scope of jurisdiction for every logistics networknodes.In order to solve the scale optimization in the logistics network nodes layout, thethesis uses principles of tobacco production logistics and estimates the number ofoutlets logistics volume forecasting methods proposed optimization method to estimatethe scale of Logistics network nodes layout in Tobacco Production. In order to find outthe optimal location, the thesis establishes the location model and uses MATLABsoftware. In order to determine the scope of the location, the thesis puts forward anetwork Voronoi diagram method based he proposed road network and uses ArcGISsoftware to calculate the jurisdiction of coverage. This thesis uses H District ofChongQing Tobacco production logistics network nodes as an example, with the basicrequirements of ChongQing tobacco companies for tobacco producing logistics distribution planning and methods and models of tobacco production logistics networknodes layout.Finally, This thesis draws some conclusions.(1)This thesis establishesthe scale model, location optimization model and area coverage model to achievethe optimal layout and economic efficiency and social efficiency objective.(2)According to the example of layout optimization for H tobacco production, thethesis obtains a total of13outlet of region to "1+12" location scale and determineseach tobacco point area coverage.
