Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture Development In Cold Water Beach Area

With the continuous improvement of the living standards of Chinese residents,leisure tourism has gradually become one of the important choices in people’s lives.In recent years,with the country’s emphasis on leisure agricultural tourism and resource inclination,the development of leisure agriculture in cold water beach areas has ushered in spring.The development of leisure agriculture not only brings new opportunities for local rural revitalization and rural development,but also plays a good promoting role in the development of local tourism industry.In this regard,this article takes the development of leisure agriculture in the cold water beach area as an example,deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of local leisure agriculture development,proposes targeted strategies and suggestions for leisure agriculture development,and enriches the theoretical and practical research of leisure agriculture development in China.This article selects the development of leisure agriculture in the cold water beach area as the research object,and collects first-hand information on the development of leisure agriculture in the cold water beach area through questionnaire research,interviews,and on-site investigations.Firstly,this article summarizes the research conclusions of domestic and foreign scholars on the development of leisure agriculture,and elaborates on the leisure economy theory,experience economy theory,and industry integration theory involved in this study.Secondly,based on the location resources and policy support environment for the development of leisure agriculture in the cold water beach area,the basic overview of leisure agriculture development in the cold water beach area was introduced,with a focus on analyzing the three main leisure agriculture development models:pastoral agricultural tourism model,farmhouse tourism model,and creative leisure vacation tourism model.Thirdly,through questionnaire research,the consumer demand,consumer preferences,influencing factors of consumer satisfaction,and the situation of operators for leisure agricultural tourism in the cold water beach area were analyzed.The research results show that the preferences of leisure agriculture consumers in the cold water beach area for destinations are not significant,and the personal basic characteristics of consumers have a direct impact on consumption motivation and preference choices.The comprehensive satisfaction of leisure agriculture tourism consumers in the cold water beach area is not high,and the comprehensive service ability and management level of operators are relatively weak.From a comprehensive analysis,there are problems in the development of leisure agriculture in the cold water beach area,such as insufficient overall planning and coordination,incomplete infrastructure construction,need to improve overall service quality,low brand influence and visibility,prominent homogenization issues,and insufficient marketing and promotion efforts.Finally,based on the results of the questionnaire survey and the actual development of leisure agriculture in the cold water beach area,countermeasures and suggestions for the development of leisure agriculture in the cold water beach area were proposed from the aspects of scientific planning of the overall development of leisure agriculture,improving the planning and construction of leisure agriculture infrastructure,improving the overall service level and quality of leisure agriculture,increasing the development of characteristic leisure agriculture projects,and strengthening the marketing and promotion of leisure agriculture.This article aims to construct a set of practical countermeasures for the development of leisure agriculture in cold water beach areas by studying the development issues of leisure agriculture in cold water beach areas.This will provide reference and reference for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of leisure agriculture in cold water beach areas,and achieving rural revitalization and industrial integration development in cold water beach areas.
