The Study Of Willing Of Chinese Companies To Invest For Laos

Entered in twenty-first Century,with the deepening of economic globalization and trading investment liberalization,international capital is becoming one of the important resources of national economic development,governments have taken active policy of attracting foreign investment,and increase the degree of investment.Laos is the same,foreign investment is an important part of the opening to the outside world,accelerate the construction of market economy,but also the trend of economic globalization,active measures to actively participate in international division of labor.In recent years,the friendly relations between China and Laos have been in steady and rapid development.The two countries are not only neighbors,and close partners in the economic and trade cooperation.Therefore,the investment of China to Laos's is playing a more and more important role,which makes Laos hopes to increase the further investment,and to attract Chinese enterprises to invest directly in Laos.This paper analyzes the effect of Laos's investment environment to Chinese enterprise in Laos.Firstly,this paper make sure the advantages and disadvantages of Laos investment environment of Laos by the analysis of the basic situation of the investment environment of Laos,and make it clear why Laos needs to attract Chinese investment by the analysis of the status quo of Chinese enterprises for investment in Laos and its influence;Besides,this paper also analyzes the investment environment of Laos present situation as a whole by the empirical research using the data of related enterprises which have direct investment of Chinese enterprises in Laos,and finds the problems of the Laos's investment environment from the political,policy,legal system,market,finance and other aspects.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions to improve the investment environment of Laos as a whole based on the problems which are founded above.Through this research,hope that we can make more researchers of China and Laos,also the researchers overseas,and the related department and enterprises,especially for the Chinese enterprises to know more about the investment environment in Laos,the situation and development of the investment in Laos,and to make certain instruction function to the more Chinese enterprises of investment in Laos,to promote Chinese enterprises to invest in Laos on the basis of mutual benefit,and also to promote the further development of the economy of Laos.
