In order to maintain the competitive advantage in the fierce competition,and the global industry crisis to maintain the stability of the market,the commercial banks must constantly improve the level of corporate governance mechanism of the development of the enterprise strategic innovation continuously.The performance evaluation can not only help banks to accurately determine their operating conditions,so that employees understand the business strategy,but also to motivate employees to work hard to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise,improve the enterprise performance effect.According to the relevant theories and the methods of performance evaluation,based on the optimization of the existing performance evaluation system as the starting point,this paper chooses the KPI performance evaluation method which is suitable for the YQ branch.Based on the analysis and evaluation of the YQ branch performance in the current situation,on the improvement of YQ branch performance appraisal system from the performance appraisal of the design ideas,design objectives,processes and assessment methods,and performance evaluation system of YQ branch of key performance indicators based on the method of redesign.Compared to the original performance system,there are four performance levels and five kinds of technical variables,effectiveness of the improved system performance using performance diagnosis matrix method to verify the analysis,in order to get the performance index system of YQ branch of the Bank of China is more fit.
