| The importance and necessity of performance evaluation have been accepted by many enterprises as an important function of human resource management.The reasonable performance evaluation system is the foundation of performance management and the guarantee of performance evaluation.It has been proved that enterprises can better motivate employees,improve their core competitiveness and ensure their success in market competition by establishing effective performance evaluation system.The traditional clothing industry is under great pressure with the rapid development of diversification and the reform of the economic system,this paper takes the performance evaluation system of employees of JNYB clothing company as the research object and based on the research theory of domestic and foreign performance assessment,it has collected the relevant materials and data of JNYB company performance evaluation through field investigation and found the performance evaluation system of employees of JNYB clothing company is incomplete,the index of performance evaluation are not scientific,the assessment period is not reasonable,lack of assessment information communication and the application of assessment results are not clear etc.These disadvantages can restrict the sustainable development of enterprises,so it is urgent to optimize the existing performance evaluation system.In this paper,the design of the performance evaluation system of JNYB clothing company is presented according to the operational aspect of performance assessment of JNYB employees.The author chooses KPI as the method of employee performance evaluation of JNYB clothing company after determining the purpose and process of performance evaluation,a new index system of performance assessment was established using AHP for the job nature of managers and employees,the author puts forward the safeguard measures of the optimization plan from the system organization and culture in order to make the performance evaluation more scientific,the significance of rational allocation of human resources is highlighted through the optimization of performance evaluation system. |
