Employees are the most valuable asset of an enterprise,and scientific management and correct understanding of their employees are the most important issues in enterprise management.An enterprise wants to succeed and complete its strategic objectives.The performance appraisal system is an important part of human resources management.Hongshi Asset Management Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Hongshi company"),In the initial stage of the development of the enterprise,all aspects of the system are gradually improving,and the research and improvement of human resources management has been an important part of the focus and positive improvement of the company's leadership.Just as most of the new enterprises have been trying and exploring at the beginning stage,at the beginning of the establishment of the company,the improvement and renewal of the performance assessment system in human resource management have been improved and updated many times,and the staff assessment methods are updated four times and gradually improved.However,there are some problems,which cannot be the most important.Maximizing the benefits of maximizing the company and employees has great room for optimization.This article,first of all,through the questionnaire survey method to understand the status of the Hongshi Asset Management Co performance assessment system,found that the existing problems of Hongshi Asset Management Co performance assessment system,analysis reveals the causes of the performance assessment system of Hongshi company;secondly,based on the healthy development of macro stone Asset Management Co,and effective To realize its strategic goal,this paper optimizes the design of the Hongshi Asset Management Co performance appraisal system from three aspects: performance index system,performance communication and feedback and performance evaluation results.Finally,according to the actual situation of optimizing the design of the Hongshi Asset Management Co performance appraisal system,to ensure its optimization It is able to run well,and puts forward three safeguard measures from selecting and training personnel,collecting basic data and defining responsibility for performance appraisal.In a word,based on the survey results,this paper studies the existing problems in the performance appraisal system of Hongshi company,combined with the relevant theories of performance management,designed a set of performance evaluation system for Hongshi company,aiming at promoting the health,stability and business promotion of Hongshi company.
