In recent years,in the domestic economy into the new normal under the background of of increasingly fierce competition in the hotel industry,there will be difficult in the short term profit predicament.However,under the promotion of the great leap forward development of the third industry in China,especially in the tourism industry,the development of hotel enterprise have a challenge and an opportunity.Relying on the Slender West Lake scenic area of Yangzhou,A hotel in Yangzhou hope to do auxiliaries hosit well in the scenic spots in the same time,and let itself leapfrog as well.The characteristics of hotel labor intensive enterprises and intangible service products determine the important strategic role of human resources in the development of the hotel.High quality talent competition is the key to victory,"people-oriented" should become the consensus of enterprise management.The overall quality of hotel frontline attendants and work state directly affects the service level of a hotel and market competitiveness.Reasonable and comprehensive compensation system can not only effectively stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of the employees and the enterprise ownership,but also help in the increasingly fierce competition in-the talent environment to attract and retain qualified employees competitive,to ensure long-term stable development of the hotel.On behalf of their own value and social recognition of their work.Salary in the eyes of the attendants can get through their own labor in exchange for compensation,but also to a considerable extent.How to design and establish a scientific and reasonable,accord with the situation of the hotel and can meet future development needs of the salary system has highlighted the practical significance,for the fierce competition and large fluctuations in the economy hotel industry.The research object of this paper to the hotel combined with theory research,case study and questionnaire,the collection,collation and analysis based on the salary system management literature,the first-line attendants as an example,through analysis and research on the salary system of A hotel attendants,formed a set of A hotel attendants salary system optimization scheme,to provide reference for the optimization of salary system of A hotel.Through the analysis and research of A hotel attendants salary system,the low level of compensation incentive effect unreasonable salary structure,the industry experienced practitioners of low quality attractive problems,the enterprise attendants work force problems,new employees trained post retention rate problems,the hotel human capital failed to play its greatest value have not existed.This paper tries to form the A hotel attendants more effective incentive through optimization of salary system,improve their professional quality,service level and subjective initiative,meanwhile enhance the overall service quality of a hotel,customer reputation and competitiveness of the industry.It also try to base on systematic discussion of A hotel attendants salary system optimization to research the induction and the summary,put forward a set of salary system of attendants in the design and management of the domestic hotel industry has general meaning of implementing the optimization scheme,for future research on the compensation system for the needle and make a modest hotel service contribution of the staff.
