Since the 21 st century,China's overall economy has been steady development,people's living standards are getting higher and higher.The 18 th Party Congress also raised the work of the party and the government to continuously improve the overall living standards of the masses as an important goal,as much as possible so that they can enjoy the national construction and reform to bring dividends and happiness results.But over the years,China's food safety field frequently broke a variety of food safety issues,can be described as endless,this area to attract public attention,attracted their attention,on the other hand,the party and the government has aroused the overall attention to promote the party and the state And constantly strengthen food safety supervision and management work.However,because of the uneven development of urban and rural areas in China,leading to urban food safety supervision can be strengthened,while the vast rural food safety supervision is in a weak position.This makes the rural market a food safety incident in the hardest hit,a large number of problems dumped food to the rural market,and rural residents awareness of food safety is relatively weak,making the rural food safety situation is worrying.It is of great practical and far-reaching significance for the rural residents to have the correctness and the deviation of the food safety consumption decision-making behavior to the rural food safety management.So the rural residents of food safety consumption decision-making and influencing factors such as in-depth exploration and research is particularly important.The theoretical basis of this study includes the theory of planned behavior and the theory of service-oriented government,which also involves rational choice theory.Based on the research on the formation mechanism and guiding mechanism of the food safety consumer behavior of rural residents,taking the case of Jiangxi as an example and the background,through the field visit,the author collected the11 prefectures of Jiangxi Province Municipalities under the jurisdiction of the 43 counties of the 1204 effective questionnaires.Mainly for the basic situation of rural residents and their food safety awareness,attitude,willingness and consumption decisions and so on.This paper consists of five parts,the first part is the introduction,the second part is the theoretical basis and related research review,the third part is the data source and the sample explanation,the fourth part is the rural residents' food safety consumption decision analysis,the fifth part is Research conclusions and policy recommendations.The introduction part introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,and also explains the necessary research methods and technical route in this part.The second part is the definition of the theoretical basis and related concepts applied to the paper.The other part is a summary of the relevant research literature,and summarizes the related research on food safety consumption decision.The third part introduces the data used in the paper,as well as the use of the survey method was described,describes the basicsituation of the sample.The fourth part is the main part of this thesis.This part mainly analyzes the factors of food safety consumption decision of rural residents,and tries to find the influencing factors that affect their food safety consumption decision-making.Through the use of path analysis,The Optimized Path of Residents' Food Safety Consumption Decision.The fifth part is mainly based on the fourth part,starting from the service-oriented government theory,and strive to put forward some feasible policy recommendations,mainly including two aspects,on the one hand,by correctly guiding rural residents to carry out food safety and consumption,First,to enhance the rural residents food safety publicity and education,to enhance rural residents food safety awareness;Secondly,to enhance the rural residents food safety trust,set up food safety consumer protection network;Finally,increase the rural residents of food safety Emphasize the degree,develop healthy and positive consumer attitudes.On the other hand,the government to protect the safety of the villagers;First,standardize the rural food consumption market,and guide rural residents to food safety and consumption,and second,increase rural food safety supervision,to ensure the safety of rural residents food consumption,the above parts constitute the article overall.
