Study On The Strategy Of International Business Of Sinopharm

In recent years,medical industry is enjoying a double-digit growth rate,a speed higher than that of China's GDP.The government,under the Belt and Road Initiative,has been supporting Chinese enterprises,including medical enterprises,to cooperate with other countries in the world.Chinese medical products and services are gaining popularity in developing countries.To study the global strategy of China National Pharmaceutical Group(Sinopharm)at this juncture is therefore of great practical and theoretical significance to the development of the whole medical industry.The article analyzed the global strategy of Sinopharm by employing the method “discover,analysis then solve problem”.By looking into the development of international business in Sinopharm,the article discovered 5 major issues,then analyzed economic policies environment,as well as international business operations of peer companies in and abroad,then proposed to adjust the global business strategy by learning from successful experiences from others.The article combined operation practice and theoretical analysis,and suggested in detail the reform on the globalization of Sinopharm business.In particular,more attention should be given to the globalization of trade,industry,research and service,and a coordinated mechanism of international business should be built.The article also introduced some measures,including the development of international products and services,the building of international industrial and research center,and the expansion of overseas network.
