In the background of global economic integration, the war between the enterprises has from a single link of resource, product, technology expands to the whole procedure of value chain. Today, the competition is becoming more cruel in the universal steel market. Faced with escalating steel craft and stricting environmental requirements, global company will take measures to make it strong soon. At present, China’s groups of iron and steel have just started in the road of globalization, it is still not very mature. As the most competitive global iron and steel company, Pohang Iron and Steel Group(POSCO) has obtained remarkable results in the globalization strategy development.
