In recent years,with the advent of the era of big data,the rapid growth of the data is changing the way people work and business model.Many industries are facing severe challenges and valuable opportunities.The establishment of cooperative network between enterprises will help to deal with the current challenges.When the scale of enterprise collaboration innovation network is increasingly large,how to ensure the efficiency and stability of collaborative innovation system has important research significance.At present,most researches on the stability of innovation system are based on undirected networks,focusing on the influence of the network topology on network stability.In the real world,the link between collaborative innovation subjects is directional,and the close degree of collaborative subjects is not exactly the same.Based on directed weighted network,this paper employs complex network theory to study the stability of collaborative innovation network,including defining the stability of collaborative innovation network from system efficiency and analyzing the influence of collaborative innovation network node changes on the stability of the network.The main contents of this paper are as following:Firstly,the importance of nodes in collaborative innovation network is evaluated.The evaluation index system of node importance is constructed and the evaluation index is reduced by rough set method;Then,considering the interaction between nodes,a method to evaluate the importance of nodes is proposed based on triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number and PageRank algorithm Page Rank algorithm is used to modify the evaluation results to make up the disadvantage of triangle intuitionistic fuzzy numbers that it ignores the cooperative relationship between the innovation subjects and make the results more accurate.Secondly,the stability of collaborative innovation network is analyzed.The stability of the collaborative innovation network is defined from the aspect of system efficiency,and then the network efficiency is measured by the weighted network efficiency algorithm to judge the network stability;Based on the evaluation results of node importance and the priority connection characteristics of nodes,the nodes in cooperative innovation network will be changed to analyze the influence of the change of nodes on the network stability;Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the analysis method is verified by the case.
