Research On The Interactivity Between Dalian Port And Economic Development

With the rapid growth of the world economy and the increasing pace of China's integration into the economic globalization,the growing international trade has brought important development opportunities for the maritime industry.The port as an important infrastructure is facing unprecedented opportunities for development.The status of the city where the port is located is also increasingly prominent.Along with our country comprehensively deepen reform and opening up process,the foreign trade development is in full swing.Port container throughput for successive years has been in the world's first,but the port city development is lagging behind.The reason is that there is no effective interaction between the port and the city.Through a lot of scholars theoretical research and a large number of practice,its has proved that to form a positive interaction between the port city is an important premise to fundamentally solve some issues such as irrational industrial structure,slow economic development and low technical content which exist in the port cities.And it is also the key to achieve the sound and rapid development of the port cities.Based on the actual situation of Dalian,this paper studies the relationship between the development of Dalian Port and the economic development of Dalian,analyzes the key factors that affect the interaction between the two,and finds out the Countermeasures to promote the integration of port and city development.This paper first systematically reviews the present situation and research results of many scholars at home and abroad,and obtains the research ideas and the problems to be solved.Then it discusses the theory related to the interaction between the port and city,and makes a systematic qualitative analysis about the relationship between the port and urban economic development.On this basis,the feasible port and urban economic indicators are selected properly,and the correlation and relevancy degree between economic indicators are measured by quantitative analysis method such as correlation analysis and gray relational analysis.The author makes a systematic study on the interactive relationship between Dalian Port and Dalian Economic Development from the qualitative and quantitative aspects,and aims to provide some theoretical reference and practical guidance for the development and construction of the Dalian Port city and Dalian economy.
