Research On The Transformationg And Upgrading Of The Industrial Structure In Wangqing County

The industrial structure is the core of the national economy,which reflects the choice of a country's economic development path,direction and mode in a certain historical stage.The rationalization of industrial structure can eliminate or reduce the imbalance caused by their waste.It can effectively improve the overall economic efficiency,accelerate the pace of economic development,can make the effective operation of the regional economy,in the meanwhile,make the sustained and healthy development.Under the environment of current global economic downturn,the resources and the environment overwhelmed and the demographic dividend advantage gradually disappear.We cannot go on the old way that we depended on the resources,the environment,the investment as before.During The conversion period of the old and the new,if we are eager to develop our economy,the only way lying before us will be transforming the industrial structure and only by accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,the development road of intensive,high technology and high added value,can we adapt to the new environment for economic development.In order to achieve the rapid development of county economy to improve the people' s happiness index,we also need to mobilize all positive factors,to mobilize the use of its internal power.Taking Wangqing County as an example,I made a detailed analysis of the current situation of economic development in Wangqing County,which is from the aspects of economic development situation and made a comparison of the three industry production and the development of ideas and mode with other counties in Yanbian.Then I found five problems of'Wangqing County industrial structure as follow:agricultural product structure,low added value,the overall quality of the industry the third industry is low,low grades,poor financing capacity etc.In view of these problems I put forward a series of ideas and Countermeasures of Wangqing County,the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure:strengthening the adjustment of industrial structure,promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading;focusing on related industry development,implementing the industrial integration strategy;innovating the pattern of industrial development,promoting the development of industrial clusters;implementing the endogenous technology strategy,establishing the correct technology pillar;constructing the industry element system,supporti ng the heal thy development of the industry;speeding up the industrial restructuring,promoting industrial mechanism innovation,enhancing the overall strength of the industry and Wangqing County economic comprehensive competitiveness to realize the goal of building a moderately prosperous society.Finally,in this passage I put forward the direction of the economic development of Wangqing county through theoretical analysis combined with the county's specific situation,...
