Research On The Location And Planning Of Xiangtan Comprehensive Bonded Logistics Park

In recent years,Xiangtan entered the stage of rapid development,the economic indicators are far beyond the level of Hunan province.The comprehensive free trade zone as a platform for the development of regional economic development and the carrier,the highest open level,the most preferential policies,the most complete functions,the most streamlined procedures as a whole.In order to meet the requirements of the rapid development of Xiangtan,it is very important to build a regional comprehensive bonded area.The purpose of this paper is to study the location and layout of Xiangtan comprehensive free trade zone.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis,enterprise survey,gray prediction,SWOT analysis and empirical analysis to carry out related research work.First introduces the logistics park,bonded logistics park,logistics park planning theory,combined with the collation and review of relevant literature,understand the relevant situation of comprehensive bonded logistics park at home and abroad.On this basis,to carry out field research,understand the general situation of Xiangtan comprehensive bonded logistics park from the geographical position,natural resources,traffic conditions,regional economic development,from the aspects of Xiangtan industry,agriculture,commerce and the development of the logistics industry to carry out comprehensive analysis of Xiangtan bonded logistics park market demand,and the establishment of grey forecasting model bonded goods freight volume forecast for Xiangtan.Then,using the SWOT analysis of Xiangtan bonded logistics park comprehensive internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats analysis,find out the development strategy of Xiangtan comprehensive bonded logistics park and the direction of development,determine the strategic positioning of Xiangtan comprehensive bonded logistics park and the function positioning.Finally,the Xiangtan comprehensive bonded logistics park park planning as an example to carry out empirical analysis,mainly from the aspects of the function of the park structure and layout planning,land use planning,traffic planning,green space and environmental planning research.The results show that the positioning and planning of Xiangtan comprehensive bonded logistics park is reasonable and practical.This study is conducive to promote the development of open economy in Xiangtan and the surrounding areas,promote industrial restructuring and upgrading,promote the development of modern trade and logistics integration.The results of this study can also provide decision-making basis for the relevant government departments.
