| In today’s society which global economic is integrated and the development of information technology is rapid,logistics play an important role in People’s Daily life,thus affect market economy and national economy benefit.As a third industry,the logistics industry is more and more concerned by the state and government.With the internet of things’ popularization and application,The logistics industry is no longer limited to the status quo of warehousing,transportation and information service,but has entered into an era of integration including circulation,processing and distribution.On the one hand,the development of logistics park can realize efficient allocation of logistics resources.On the other hand,it can accelerate the integrated,informationalized and intelligent process of logistics transportation.Therefore,the development of logistics park plays an important role in the development of logistics.But for China at this stage,the logistics park is in the preliminary stage of development and lacks relatively mature experience.Therefore,the study on location and planning of logistics park is of great practical significance for the planning and construction of logistics park and the reduction of logistics cost.First of all,the thesis first of all,according to the domestic logistics demand and growth trend of logistics park and the main problems of logistics park site selection and planning research analysis of the logistics park site selection and planning research of theory and practical significance.Then,the paper expounds the concept and development of logistics and logistics park,the principle and method of site selection,and lays a theoretical foundation for the site selection of logistics park.And then from A municipal economic and trade transportation environment,industrial structure,the logistics industry development status of three aspects of the background of A city logistics park demand forecasting is analyzed,and expounds the theory of logistics demand forecasting and determine the logistics demand forecasting method is used in the paper time series method,elasticity coefficient method and the correlation coefficient method of combination forecast method.Then,based on the theory of double-layer planning model,the paper determines the location planning model of logistics park in A city and designs the algorithm based on the status quo of the location of logistics park in A city.Finally,an example is used to verify the correctness of the model and the algorithm. |
