In the background of the development of the Internet,human resources management has entered the era of network management,enterprise talent recruitment network gradually replaced the traditional recruitment model,become the main form of enterprise recruitment.In the Internet environment,the traditional recruitment model of low coverage,poor efficiency,high cost problems emerge gradually.At the same time,with the Internet penetration of various industries,traditional industries also tend to adopt the Internet recruitment methods.In the online recruitment,weather the recruitment cost reduction,expand the advertisement audience,recruitment information fast,effective interaction in the recruitment process,both for the enterprise and the candidates bring great benefits,but also for the flow of talent in the region and economic development plays a certain role in promoting.Therefore,the network recruitment be the first choice of the enterprise and the applicant.However,in the online recruitment in the actual application process still exists such as the amount of information is too large,the rate is low,the problem of recruitment effect is not ideal,all those are not conducive to the implementation of enterprise human resource management.In order to improve the effectiveness of recruitment network,the enterprises have taken a series of measures,and achieved certain results,but the overall effect is not ideal.Investigate its reason,mainly is the lack of system,the factors of influence on the effectiveness of online recruitment objective understanding.At this stage it is necessary to measure the effectiveness of recruitment network recruitment effectiveness factors and enhance the network system for in-depth study,taking effective measures to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the enterprise.Paper based on a nationwide questionnaire survey,through the theoretical research and empirical analysis on the method of combining of big data,network recruitment effectiveness research and the definition of the concept and use literature research at home and abroad about big data and network recruitment level network recruitment effectiveness of related literature and review studies on the dynamic system,for the paper literature basis and theoretical basis is provided for further research.Then the paper on the basis of existing research results,from the recruitment,recruitment websites and candidates to build three levels of network recruitment effectiveness scale and construct the network recruitment effectiveness measurement model,put forward the hypothesis about the various factors and the effectiveness of recruitment network relations.On this basis,the descriptive statistical analysis of factors influencing the effectiveness of recruitment of the network from three aspects.Then based on the "validity" of the overall network recruitment as the dependent variable,with recruitment factors,recruitment site factors,3 indexes of candidate factors under the 9 level two indexes as independent variables,using Logisic regression model of the influencing factors on the network recruitment of the overall effectiveness of the shadow sound intensity and direction of the empirical analysis.To verify the 9 assumptions of the previously proposed,to further understand the network recruitment objective factors influencing the effectiveness.Finally,the paper from the aspect of recruitment,recruitment website enterprise level and the applicant level put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the network recruitment overall effectiveness.
