In recent years,with the development of the economy,agricultural enterprises in Liuyang City have developed well.Among all the resources related to agricultural enterprises in Liuyang City,human resources are the most important resources,and enterprises are also eager for talents.However,at this stage,there are some recruitment problems in agricultural enterprises in Liuyang City:the inefficient recruitment of enterprises and the high rate of loss of excellent talents,how to effectively control this problem is imminent.From this perspective,it is particularly important to study the effectiveness of recruitment of agricultural enterprises in Liuyang City.This article first summarizes the main influencing factors of the recruitment effectiveness of agricultural enterprises in Liuyang based on the basic concepts of agricultural enterprises and recruitment and how to define the effectiveness of recruitment.There are three categories:enterprises,society and candidates.At this level,design the measurement indicators of recruitment effectiveness,and then use empirical analysis to study the importance of various factors on the effectiveness of recruitment of agricultural enterprises.After repeated revisions,the final questionnaire was formed.In this paper,25 agricultural enterprises in Liuyang City were selected for the effectiveness survey of employee recruitment,and a total of 165 questionnaires were sent out.It can be seen from the empirical results that for the agricultural enterprises in Liuyang City,the experience of recruiting staff,the effectiveness of the recruitment plan,the rationality of the recruitment channels and the effectiveness of the evaluation methods will all have an effect on the effectiveness of the enterprise's recruitment work Positive impact.At the same time,this paper also established an evaluation index system to test the effectiveness of recruitment,and took J company as an example to verify the accuracy of the influencing factors and the effectiveness of the evaluation system.
