With the coming of knowledge economy age,the competition between enterprises has turned to the competition for talent. It is key for enterprises success to recruit and select qualified employees, which will make the enterprise predominant in competition. Recruitment and selection of human resource is an important and basic work in management and development of human resource. It plays a very important role in the reasonable form,management and development of enterprise human resource.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology, online recruiting becomes the most effective way to recruit talent in the outstanding enterprises ,institutions and multinational corporations . More and more companies are choosing online recruiting, how to obtain the needed talent fastest, most convenient and effective by network to increase overall competitiveness of the enterprise becomes the most concerned problem of the companies.The article is analysis about a questionnaire survey which based on three recruitment website customers—the organization and emloyee. Then,we make use of the empirical research, explore how does each factor impact and to what degree its influence is. Therefore, we take the emloyee,organization and societ as the factors to explore the impacts on online recruitment validity and bring forward some suggestions related to making decisions, which will embody far-reaching theoretical as well as practical implications.
