With the development of the domestic economic situation in recent years,the real estate industry has gradually become a common concern and research focus.A house for living,or working.Housing location problem is a complex process of residential location selection.On the basis of ArcGIS technology,this paper analyzes the influence range of each livability factor through multi-agent model and BDI decision.According to the requirements of consumers,the existing residential space is chosen and divided.The results are as follows: In this paper,based on the land use,social economy and elevation data,the BDI decision multi-agent model is used to study the living space of Ganjingzi District in Dalian.In this paper,based on the ArcGIS technology,the BDI model is used to analyze the scope of the influence factors of the livability.According to the requirements of the comfortable living environment put forward by the residents,through the comprehensive analysis of spatial analysis and visualization to get the best living space for the people of Dalian District in Ganjingzi.In this study,the suitability of residential space is divided into six basic levels for the purpose of selecting the best living space,and the suitability of the six levels are given relative value.The results are as follows:(1)The preparation of the work of the home buyers as well as the annual income of the purchase has a significant impact.Because of the direct correlation between occupation and income level,it is impossible to verify how the residents' occupation affects the choice of residence.(2)The preparation of buyers to work distance has a significant impact on the location of the purchase.Residents will be given priority to work close to or convenient transportation.(3)To the purchase of reference location,road accessibility,railway accessibility,green space accessibility,education service accessibility,accessibility of medical service,education service accessibility,commercial accessibility and other factors have an important impact on the purchase decision.(4)At the higher living space suitability level area of the top five are: Ganjingzi street,Nanguanling street,the street,Jiaojinshan street,Xinghua street,Zhoushuizi street.Their detailed values are: 45.27,42.28,40.85,40,40,39.56.(5)In the middle of the suitability of the living space of the district are: Spring Street,the town of Fort Street,bubble street,Dalian Bay Street,airport street.Their detailed values are:33.11,32.65,32.40,31.89,30.75.(6)in a second living space suitable grade areas are the Lingshui street,street,xinzhaizi street,Hongqi Street yingchengzi.Detailed values are: 29.71,28.30,21.48,15.11.Specifically,Ganjingzi street,Nanguanling street,the street,Jiaojinshan street,Xinghua street,Zhou Shuizi street,the six Street area of the park,place of education distribution relative to other relatively concentrated,green is more evenly distributed,elevation and slope belongs to the category of suitable living environment.These regional resources are relatively abundant,especially in the second corners of the resources more intensive.Transportation and other areas are connected to the key hub,convenient traffic.Park,green complete,belong to the developed areas of traffic,residential areas within the street gathered,good living atmosphere.Education facilities and other public facilities,environmental improvement,good human environment,the most comfortable living area.Spring Street,leather Town Fort Street,bubble cliff street,Dalian Bay Street,airport street,the geographical location of the existence of disadvantages,far away from the work place.The level of human living environment is not normal,the environment is not very uniform distribution of green,residential suitability is slightly worse.Ling Shui street,Xin Zhai sub street,red flag street,the streets of the city,the development is not large enough,the types of public facilities and layout can not meet the needs of the majority of buyers.
