Research On The Balance Design And Production Control Of Assembly Workshop Based On Lean Production

In this thesis,with the application of advanced theory and technology of lean production,IE techniques,5W1 H and ABC classification method starting from analysis of production planning to meet the order flow,one robust and efficient assembly line is established and lean inventory control is realized.For S company,it is key factor to obtain the GE's orders and the significant transition from a simple NC machining enterprise to final assembly product enterprise is completed.The S company not only analyzes production planning,but also constructs a high efficiency assembly line,especially saving a lot of money in the inventory control.By studying real status of customer demand,configuration of company assembly line,production planning and inventory control.Firstly,Based on capacity and capability of company production,different methods of production plan are researched.Customer communication is strengthened to reduce the unnecessary temporary and urgent orders.External resources can be used more effectively and efficiently with the flexibility of lean production.Production plan can be stipulated and used to conduct real production,which make production scheduled,orderly,intently as improvement expectation,meanwhile production and delivery can be linked well.Secondly,In view of the analysis of the production line in the assembly workshop,the bottleneck process is found using IE theory.At the same time,many improvements are done through 5W1 H method with tooling improvement,new investment of checking fixture and measuring instruments,automation enhancement.Unbalanced issues are solved and the ideal assembly line is obtained.Finally.Using ABC classification analysis of the various stages of inventory and management.Analysis and research on Inventory of detail parts are also applied according to lean production.As a result,safety inventory is reduced and under control.Through the improvement of production planning,assembly line balancing and inventory control of S company,it has provided the effective guidance for S company to improve the efficiency of lean production and reduce costs.
