In today's information economy,It is an important issue of how to me customers'needs better and improve the market share for every enterprise. Toyota's lean production model is a famous production, its main principle is the elimination of all waste and flexible product line,through which it can meet the diverse needs of customers and achieve the maximum profits by the minimum input.The paper introduces the production process, the organization of production systems, SWOT analysis and strategic objectives of Impulse firstly, and then summarized the problems exist in their production mechanisms before pulling in the lean production model,the problems are as follows:the serious waste in all prospects, the inflexible production line, the long product delivery cycle, the absence of quality sense, the slow equipment maintenance, etc. Then the paper summarized the reasons for every problem.So the introduction of lean production model was necessary.Subsequently, the paper analyzed the entire system after implementing the lean production model, which used the lean production theory as a principle guiding line,based on the site and property management and 5S,and the use of APQP, logistics management, TPM and TQM as a pillar for balanced production, the use of operating instructions and visual management as a pillar for standardized operations.Then through the issue of bias and stagnation analysis to establish a question libraries, which can improve and promote the formation of the continuous improvement. After this work,the paper made a main analysis of the various key points, including Lean 5S management, balanced production, standard operations, APQP, TPM, TQM, visual management, from which can better understand the tools of lean production methods in Impulse.Besides,the tools are used to solve the problems in Impluse in order to improve ite market share.
